Sad Girl Strain Reviews: Grape Goblin and Holy Grail

I love experimenting, and this is a space where I’ll archive new strains I’ve used and their effects on my body and mind. I hope you this helpful!

Strain Type: Indica-dominant hybrid
Strain Name: Grape goblin
Appearance: Bright green buds with few orange hairs
Smell: Light and fruity

Grape Goblin is perfect for when my lupus and fibromyalgia symptoms are flaring up. This hybrid gives me a light body high that still lets me go about my day. This is a great choice for a yoga session. This is not the type of indica that keeps you stuck to the couch, so it’s perfect for daytime. And the sativa part of this strain gives me just enough of head high to help relieve my anxiety so I can enjoy whatever I'm doing. Grape Goblin is what you smoke when you have a day off and are planning low key self-care day at home.

Strain Type: Indica-dominant hybrid
Strain Name: Holy Grail
Appearance/ properties: Bright green thicker buds, very sticky
Smell: Strong, citrus

This is another indica-dominant hybrid— but I don’t recommend it for new cannabis users because Holy Grail is really strong. The average strain contains about 17-19% THC, but Holy Grail contains at 24-29%. This strain gives me a euphoric, long-lasting high, curbs my anxiety and stabilizes my mood. Holy Grail also puts me in a fantastic and happy mood. It melts me into the couch and takes away some of my joint pain. The body high is tingly but not overpowering. It comes in waves which is amazing for relaxing my muscles. The sativa side of this strain also allows you to still be focused and alert.
