The number of prescription meds I take fluctuates depending on my symptoms and treatment cycles. This means that I go through withdrawals a few times a year while my body adjusts to medication changes. The nausea, chills and body pain would keep me in bed for a few days, until I found transdermal cannabis patches. I wear these the most in the middle of medication changes so I’m steadily and discreetly medicating throughout the day to help with withdrawal symptoms. I now have the freedom to medicate at any time of day, but these came especially handy when I still worked in an office. I feel the effects within about 30-45min and they are very calming and mellow. My stomach settles, the sweating/ chills go away, and I’m able to function. The patch I’m wearing today is 50mg, 1:1 CBD/ THC ratio from MuV.
